The Sunless Sea's Blackjack Rules

Blackjack Explained

Alright, blackjack! For quick rules, the idea is to get as close to 21 without going over but have a higher number than the dealer.
For rolls, 1's are an Ace and can be a 1 or 11. Face cards are 11-13 and count as a 10.
Dealer will draw the cards for you, you tell them hit, stay, double down or split.

House Rules

Here are the table Rules
The table minimum is 10k. Maximum is 200k.
The Dealer will always draw when 16 and below, and stand at 17 or higher.
Draws are always a Push or Dealer can give your gil back.
We allow double downs and splits.
If your Double Down ties with the dealer, you lose your extra bet but keep your original.
Double downs ON splits are not allowed.
Player "Natural Blackjacks" win over the dealer's at a 2.5 payout.
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

Splits Explained

A Split is when you have two cards of the same value, you can "split" them into two hands and play them as two separate bets.
You must place an additional bet for the second hand of course.

Double Down Explained

You can do a Double Down if you are confident enough in your first two cards. Dealer will draw you only one additional card.
Whatever you get is final. Basically, twice the risk, twice the reward. You must first place an additional bet of equal value.
